Abstract
200 kinds of vegetable samples, which exceeded the allowed figure with fast screening, were chose to examine the pesticide residue quantity of the organic phosphorus and the amino-carbamate using the gas phase chromatography. The results indicated that the high poisonous pesticides had been picked out in the vegetable samples, which the national stipulate needed not use for vegetables, such as mthamidophos,parathion-methyl,phorate,carbofuran.
