Abstract

Objective Alprostadil treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods In the control of blood glucose,blood pressure,blood lipid,anticoagulation,treatment of blood circulation,etc.Based on the treatment group received alprostadil 10 μg intravenous push,once a day,two weeks.Results 24 h urinary albumin treatment group decreased significantly(P0.01).Conclusion Intravenous alprostadil can delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy.
