Construction of technological innovation system of Liaoning Province under industry-academy cooperation perspective

Liaoning Province is an important old industrial region in China,however,weak technological innovation and backward equipment has always beseted the revitalization of old industrial bases of Liaoning Province.Through the analysis of Liaoning industry-academy cooperation environment,the main reason of lack of innovation system building focuses on too much administrative intervention,low level cooperation,lack of cooperation platform,etc.And at last the analysis also gives some constructive ideas to technological innovation system of Liaoning Province such as transforing government functions,building co-operation platform and creatting a soft environment conducive to innovation,etc.
