Abstract

The status of development of innovation network in Liaoning Province is introduced,including the ability and subjects of innovation network.The matters which need to be pay attention during the integration of scientific and technological resources in Liaoning province are analyzed.Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to integrate the scientific and technological resources.
