Clinical research of Zishuiyishentang in treatment of 200 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zishuiyishentang in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods All of 200 cases of polycystic ovarian syndrome were treated with Zishuiyishentang for three months,and its clinical effect were observed.Results The total efficiency of menstrual improvement was 82.5%.The serum levels of LH、 T and LH/FSH were decreased significantly after treatment,and the differences were significant(P 0.05).After treatment the uterine volume was slightly increased,while ovarian volume and both sides of follicles were reduced.Conclusion Zishuiyishentang in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome has good clinical curative effect.
