Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of omeprazole in the treatment of ulcer joint hemorrhage. Methods Select 68 cases of ulcer joint hemorrhage, and they were simply randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the control group received conventional treatment, while the test group combined with omeprazole.Observed the bleeding time, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions, the recurrence after treatment. Results The average Bleeding time of the test group was(6.5 ± 2.5) days, while of the control group was(9.1 ± 2.9) days, the difference was statistically significant. The total effective rate of the test group was 97.1%after treatment, while was 76.5% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant, the occurrence of adverse reaction of the test group was 8.8%,while was 5.9% in the control group, the difference was not statistically significance. The recurrence rate of the test group was 8.8%,while was 32.4% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Omeprazole in the treatment of ulcer joint hemorrhage has good clinical efficacy, and reduces bleeding time and recurrence rates, and drug safety,is suitable for long-term clinical application.
