Influence of internal combined with external application of Yigan Sanhao on liver fibrosis and hemodynamics in chronic hepatitis B patients

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of internal combined with external application of Yigan Sanhao(YGSH) in treatment of hepatitis B patients.Methods: A total of 120 chronic Hepatitis B patients were divided into external application of YGSH group(n=29),internal application of YGSH group(n=30),combined group(n=32) and control group(n=29).Patients in control group were treated with the basis of general treatment of protecting the liver and falling the enzyme,other 3 groups separately add three different methods with YGSH externally apply,take orally,combined treatment in the basis of general treatment.One month was one period of treatment,and treated for 3 months.Observed the changes of liver function、3 indexes of liver fibrosis and hemodynamic changes.Results:In the aspects of improving liver function,the differences of 4 groups were not to be obvious after 1 month treatment,but after 3 months,there were significant differences among 4 groups (P0.01 or P0.05),and the combined treatment group was superior than the other three treatment.In the improvement of 3 indexes of liver fibrosis,each treatment group had significant differences after 3 months treatment (P0.01),and the combined group compared with other groups,the difference had the significance(P0.01);Hemodynamic examination showed that the diameters of splenic and portal vein as the blood flow were decreased in the groups,the difference had the significance(P0.01),especially significant in the combined group,besides,the difference of D and Q had the significance in treatment and control group(P0.01),and there was not statistics significance in each treatment group(P0.05).Conclusion: The combined treatment of YGSH has the certainly protective efficacy in treatment of hepatitis B patients,its effects are significantly higher than single treatment,and 3 months in the right period of treatment.It can improve liver function,3 indexes of liver fibrosis and hemodynamic changes.
