Abstract

Since the economic reform and opening up, township enterprises have achieved surprising excellent result, but at the same time they also polluted environment seriously. Now no-pollution production and marketing have become an objective trend for enterprises′ development, while township enterprises are facing obstacles of organization, technology, finance revenue and culture in no-pollution production and marketing.
