Abstract
Since the 1990′s,the environmental problems in our country have become increasingly outstanding.The estimation made by the State Environmental Protection Agency′ about China pollution load indicates that 40% to 50% pollution load comes from domestic Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.The environment experts expressed that the pollution from the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises has become one of the main pollution treatment projects faced by domestic environmental protection field.The text analyzes the main economic obstacles of the pollution prevention and control in the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and suggest that the government,society and the enterprises themselves should actively support to finance SMEs′ pollution treatment.
