Abstract

The accession of our country to the WTO offers a good opportunity for township-owned and private enterprises.If they determine to get developed in the international competition, they must consider the factors of enterprises and environmental factor synthetically, making great efforts and overcoming the obstacle against increasing competitiveness, strengthening their strength constantly.
