Abstract
Taking one-year-old dormant and sprouting branches in Korla Fragrant Pear as materials, characters of leaf, branch, flower and fruit from survival branches were observed, which had been treated with different doses of 60Co ~γ rays,to find some fine variation types of Korla Fragrant Pear. The results show that in the first year, radiated branches have high mutational rate after grafted, and phenomenon of variation regression occurs, interval between branches is increased, and leaf area is decreased in the second year.Radiation is better for increasing sugar content in Korla Fragrant Pear.Radiation in 30 Gy has better comprehensive effects on Korla Fragrant Pear, and it favors new varieties selection of Korla Fragrant Pear.
