Observation of growing and bearing habits of three bud-sport strains of Korla fragrant pear.

[Objective]The research was carried out in three orchards of Korla fragrant pear,whose materials were Korla fragrant pear and its bud-sport strain,[Method]Using Sha01,bud-sport 6,bud-sport 9 as test materials.The main phenophase and one-year-born treetop as well as transversal and vertical stem of fruits and leaf blades were observed.[Result]The result showed that flowering period of three bud-sport strains were about one week earier and the harvest period was one month earier than that of Korla fragrant pear;transversal and vertical stem of fruits were larger than that of Korla fragrant pear;the length of new treetop of bud-sport 9 and Sha01 were both larger but bud-sport 6 was smaller than that of Korla fragrant pear;the leaf area of three bud-sport strains were bigger than that of Korla fragrant pear,the content of chlorophyll of bud-sport 6 was bigger than that of Korla fragrant pear,but another two strains did not have significant different with Korla fragrant pear.[Conclusion]There were differences between phenophase and bearing habits of bud-sport strains of Korla ffagrant pear,which can provide theoretical and practical foundation for cultivation and management of three bud-sport strains of Korla fragrant pear.
