Analysis on Commercial Characters of Korla Fragrant Pear in Korla City

The commodity characters of Korla Fragrant Pear fruit were analyzed by three years.The results showed that its commodity characters were unstable,and differences in different years,commercial fruits,special grade fruit rate,male pear and female pear rate,soluble solid content,hardness,etc;about single fruit weight,from primary orchardfrom full fruit period orchardfrom old orchard;about soluble solid content,old orchard and primary orchard was high,full fruit period orchard was low;fruit hardness and soluble solid content were difference between male pear and female pear,it was unreasonable that quality of male pear was better than that of female pear;single fruit weight of male pear was larger than female pear in these 3 years.Fruit classification of Korla Fragrant Pear existing defects,hardness and soluble solid content of special grade fruit were not better than other grade fruits.
