Abstract
How to prefect constitutional supervision system is an important topic in legal circles.The constitution is the fundamental law and is the protection of civil rights.Establishing constitutional supervision system is the fundamental task of the nation and the inevitable choice of China's constitutionalism.According to the current situation of China's constitution and the choice of several models,a program that suits the actual conditions of China is proposed to prefect constitutional supervision system.
