Abstract
The newly- built undergraduate colleges and universities have become an important part of our country's higher education and shoulder the great mission in the education reform. The sustained development of newly- built undergraduate universities and colleges needs the cultivation of applied talents. At present the newly- built undergraduate colleges and universities have problems in the teaching management,curriculum structure and teaching method. To solve these problems,we should optimize curriculum structure and specialty setup,promote the new teaching model,strengthen practice teaching,establish the application- oriented talents training project meeting the social needs and innovate the talents training model.
