Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of IL-6、IL-8 and TNF-α in patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction(ACS).Methods Totally 35 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),35 with unstable angina pectoris(UAP)and 30 with stable angina pectoris(SAP)were enrolled as the subjects,20 healthy subjects were used as control group. The serum concentrations of IL-6 、IL-8 and TNF-αwere measured, and the results were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with SAP group and control group, the serum levels of IL-6 、IL-8 and TNF-α in AMI group and UAP group were significantly increased(P0.05).Compared with UAP group, the serum levels of IL-6 、IL-8 and TNF-αin AMI group were statistically higher(P0.05).Conclusion The inflammatory reaction induced by IL-6 、IL-8 and TNF-α may take part in the vulnerability and rupture of atheromatous plaque, they play an important role in promotion of AS development and instability of plaque.Monitoring the changes of their serum levels was helpful for the management of the disease.and probably be a prognostic factor of ACS.
