Abstract
Dynamic performance of frame has a direct impact on engineering trucks, thus its analysis is of important significance in whole design.Taking the frame of an engineering truck as an example, the finite analysis method combined with modal testing was employed to obtain its natural frequencies and corresponding modals.Using the excitation frequency of the engine, its low-frequency dynamic performance was analyzed, and an improvement scheme of the frame structure was given. Results show that the natural frequencies of the frame can escape from the excitation frequencies, therefore resonance of the truck can be avoided.
