Measurement of Technological Innovation for Small & Medium-sized Enterprises in Hunan Province

Abstract

Based on the questionnaire and establishment of the index system, a mathematical model is developed to measure the technological innovation of small and medium sized enterprises(SMEs) in Hunan province. Results show that the current status of technological innovation in SMEs is relatively weak. Then some further discussions regarding this issue are carried out,and we can find good ways of promoting the technological innovation effectively.
