Abstract
To explore the optimum extracting conditions of gastrodin fromG.elata, taking extraction of gastrodin as an indicator,On the basis of single factor experiments, the method of response surface analysis with three factors and three levels was adopted according to the Box-Benhnken center-united experimental design principles. The results showed that the optimized extract process for G.elata were as follows:extraction solvent water, particle size 80mesh,solid-liquid ratio 1∶12.56(g∶mL),extraction time 3.54h,pH 5.23.Under these conditions the extraction rate reached the highest, the gastrodin content was 82.9mg/10g,the relative error was 1.2% between true value and predictive value.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
