Butterfly Resources in Xinglongshan Natural Reserve of Gansu (Lepidoptera: Nymphaloidea)

Abstract

Recorded 40 species 33 genera 3 families of Nymphaloidea butterflies collected in Xinglongshan natural reserve of Gansu. They belong to 1 species 1genus of Libytheidae, 14 species 13 genera of Satyridae and 25 species 19 genera of Nymphalidae respectively. Among them 8 species 7 genera 1 family are the first time to be discovered in Xinglingshan natural reserve and 1 species 1 genus are newly recorded in Gansu.
