Abstract

The debate between reservation and revocation of school vocational revealed the concreteness and historicity of secondary vocational education form. The value conflict between off-rural and to-rural initiated reflection on the equity of senior high school education. The one size fits all attitute to the proportion between general education and vocational education stands out system obstacle in the optimization of local scale structure of general education and vocational education.
