Study on psychological nursing improvement congnitive function of majoy depression patients

Abstract

Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing in improving cognitive function in depression patients.Methods:27 depression patients who met the CCMD-3 and were studied with Wisconsin Card Sorting Test t(WCST) and at the same time were assessed with HAMD(Hamilton Depression Scale) before and after 6 weeks treatment.Results:HAMD grade,the total trials,continue errors,random errors after treatment were lower than before treatment,and there was statistic significance(P0.05).the degree of depression has positive correlations with preservative errors and negative correlations with corrects.Conclusion:The results showed that cognitive dysfunction exists in depression patients and psychological nursing is not only benefited of recovery but also benefited of improving cognitive dysfunction in depression patients.
