Abstract

Objective To explore clinical significance and serum level changes of solute internal cell adhesion molecule 1(sICAM-1),solute vascular cell adhesion molecule 1(sVCAM-1) and C-reactive protein(CRP) in patient with acute coronary syndromes(ACS).Methods Among 86 patients in observation group with acute coronary syndromes, there were 47 cases with unstable angina pectoris and 39 cases with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),and 40 cases of health people in contrast group. The serum level of sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 were detected by ELISA,and CRP was detected by immune turbidimetry in all cases. Results The serum level of sICAM-1,sVCAM-1 and CRP in patients with acute coronary syndromes were significantly higher than those in contract group(P0.01),and those in AMI group were significantly higher than UAP group(P0.01).Conclusion The serum level of sICAM-1,sVCAM-1 and CRP increased significantly in patients with ACS,and they could be the assessment index of atherosclerotic vulnerable plaque.
