Abstract

Because of the confusion of the socialized mode of university's logistics as industrialization, it make the logistics socializing reform appear a series of legal risks in the course. In order to take precautions against this risk , we should implement a unified socializing mode in the national university's logistics ---- the mode of the specialized agency being responsible for And we should standardize the operation of the logistic service entity of the university by relevant legal system.
