Problems in Logistic Legislation in China and the Countermeasures——Taking The Plan for Adjusting and Invigorating the Logistics Industry as the Angle

Improving the law system for logistics is the basis and drive for the health development of modern logistic industry.And this is also the legislative guarantee for implementing the Plan for Adjusting and Invigorating the Logistics Industry.At present,there are some problems with the existing law system of logistics,such as the lack of systematicity and coordination,the low level,the lagged behind legislation,the lack of international view and the low quality.To improve the logistic legislation,we should formulate a unified plan for logistic legislation to enhance the coordination,establish and improve the law and regulation system for logistics to improve the systematicity,strengthen legislation in logistic areas to make sure that there shall be laws to abide by for the logistics industry,and pay more attention to learning from the experiences of other countries to improve the level of logistic legislation.
