[Objective]To analyze the final effect of World Bank Loan /UK Grants for China Tuberculosis(TB) Control Project in Banan District, and ensure the TB control work sustainable and smooth. [Methods]Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the data of Tb control project in Banan District from 2002-2009 with Excel. [Results]A total of 14 278 patients were newly diagnosed from 2002-2009,5 535 TB cases were identified, among which 2 556 were smear-positive TB patients, the average registration rate of smear-positive was 36.94/100 000;2 332 received initial treatment,224 received retreatment(9%),the ratio of them was(0.91 ∶0.09);all 2 556 smear-positive TB patients received directly observed treatment,short-course(DOTS),the cure rate of newly diagnosed TB cases was 91.43%,that of retreated TB cases was 88.37%. [Conclusion]Of all patients during 2002-2009,the registration rate increased annually. The proportion of patients with initial treatment increased gradually, while the proportion of patients with retreatment decreased gradually. The cure rates of smear-positive TB patients and smear-negative TB patients have met the requirements of the planning target.
