Implication of Harmony and Present Value of China' Traditonal Physical Culture

In Chinese traditional physical education the conceptions of conformity to nature,the harmony of Man and the God,respection to virtue,courtesy,neutrality and peace,of appreciation personal loyalty and neglection of individual material benefits,the intimacy of the body and the soul,the support of the outside and the inside hide the implication of harmony between man and nature,an individual and society,man and others or even an individual and himself.To deep the potential value of the harmonious implication and make the past serve the present,will positively promote the process of constructing the harmonious society,hold back the disharmony of competitive sports and lead people to build harmoniously their body and soul.
