Abstract

In the final analysis,social harmony is the people's harmony,and harmony of the people on the premise that the individual's physical and mental harmony.In this paper,the existence of life,to realize the value,persons and things,the relationship between people and state of mind,as well as other dimensions of the individual to explore ways to shape and build self-harmony,so as to achieve harmony between people,between people and society,between man and nature.
