OBJECTIVE: To provide the reference for consultation service on drug use. METHODS: The service was conducted by face-to-face communication, telephone consultation, message books etc. the typical cases were analyzed. RESULTS CONCLUSIONS: The consultation service improves the technology of pharmaceutical care and upgrades the degree of satisfaction of the outpatients.
