Abstract

The improtant remedy of the late Qing dynasty for solving its governing crisis was to carry outnew policyon prison reform.Under the influence of the wester capitalism law culture,the presiders of the jail reform praticed changes on the rooted absolutism lawsuit and jail system.The reform achieved considerable effect and fulfilled the transformation form feudal jail system to the capitalism jail system,which chiseled a milestone in the jail history of China.
