Abstract

Modern society advocates human-oriented talent management and modern enterprises have to focus on the devdopment and management of human resource to realize the beneficial sustainable development. The purpose of human resource management is to make use of human resource properly. The intellectual development of human resource is an indispensable component of management in any enterprises.
