Legal consideration of university autonomy

In recent years,there are more and more legal disputes caused by the university's refuse to issue the diploma and degree's diploma.On the base of the modern administrative law theory,this article has first expounded the fact that university autonomy is the common power,which belongs to administrative power,and the legal relation between the university and student is administration legal relation.Then the author probes into the range of university autonomy which may accept administration of justice examination and proposes the needed countermeasures of the legalization of university autonomy.
