On the Legal Relationship of Educational Autonomy

Abstract

In educational legal relationship,there not only exists civil education based on autonomy of the parties,but also administrative legal relationship based on administrative autonomy.The legal relationship of educational autonomy is about the rights and duties between clients which are affirmed and adjusted by educational law.The fact that schools administrate teachers and students by school rules and disciplines is the demonstration and using of the legal relationship of educational autonomy.
