Discussion of Legal Protection of Right of Accepting Education to Chinese Citizens

The right of accepting education is an elementary right of a citizen, whose major contents are the right of studying at school, the right of being educated equally and the right of accepting professional education and training. Generally speaking, the condition of realizing the accepting education right of a citizen is not optimistic in our country. The most serious problem is that Chinese citizens are unequal in the realization of their rights of accepting education.
