Ensure and Realize the Right of Accepting Education of the Minority——Setting an Example of Western Autonomous Minority Nationality Area

The right of accepting education is one of basic rights stipulated in the constitution definitely. It is also the important parts of human rights. Although China has made rapid progress in education project, yet the educational situation in the autonomous minority nationality areas is not very optimistic. This article expounds the basic content of the right of accepting education, lists the present conditions in the autonomous minority nationality areas, analyzes the theoretical foundation of this topic, reveals the relations among the educational right of minority, the development right of nation and the protection for the national characteristic. In the end, the author puts forward the countermeasures and perfect schemes to ensure and realize the right of accepting education in the national autonomy areas.
