Abstract
The work of teacher evaluation is very important to facilitate the development of the teachers.At present,most colleges are using the rewards and punishment as evaluation,which is simple in criterion.And also,the process and measures are difficult to guarantee the justice of the results.According to the requirement of improving the teachers'abilities,the system of developmental evalu- ation,which based on the teachers' self-evaluation,should be used in the college.
