Abstract

Mesoporous molecular sieves Nb-SBA-15 were synthesized by direct synthesis,and characterized by XRD,BET,FT-IR and DTA.The results show that Nb-SBA-15 still retains a high ordered mesoporous structure of SBA-15.Using H2O2 as oxidant and acetone as solvent,catalytic oxidation of styrene to benzaldehyde were carried out over Nb-SBA-15,and the optimum conditions were obtained.When the reaction temperature is 70 ℃,the reaction time is 10 h,the amount of catalyst is 10.0% of the raw material,n(styrene)∶ n(hydrogen peroxide)∶ n(acetone) = 1∶ 2∶ 2,the conversion of styrene is up to 43.21%,and the selectivity of benzaldehyde is up to 94.32%.
