Abstract
The medium mainly containing rice and the pupa of silkworm was used to cultivate the sporocarp of Cordyceps militaris.Extraction processing of water-soluble polysaccharide in Cordyceps militaris was studied through orthogonal experiment, and the anthrone-sulphuric acid method was used to determine polysaccharide content.Three times(3 hours per times) extraction with 20 times water at 90 ℃ was the best extraction conditions.Simultaneously deproteinization effect was examined with different methods.
