Abstract
Shoot tip,stem,pttiole,root tip of grapes were used as explants to study on the choice of explants,callus induction,stem and leaf differentiation seedlings,adventitious root induction and in vitro transfer of training seedlings,planting process.The results showed that the best explant was meristem-tip,the most suitable medium for callus induction was 1/2MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L +IBA 0.10 mg/L,inductivity 95%.The best medium for adventitious bud induction was 1/2MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+IBA 0.10 mg/L,the percentage of callus differentiation 100%;The most appropriate medium for adventitious root induction was 1/2MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L,rooting rate 90.3%.
