Abstract
Objective:To determine the bacterial endotoxin concentration in blood preservation liquid I by dynamic turbidity. Methods:To use the bacterial endotoxin quantitative inspection method in appendix of China Pharmacopoeia 2005 version. Results:Remove interference after diluting the blood preservation liquid I at ratio of 1∶40,recovery is 50~200%. Conclusion:To use dynamic turbidity to determine the bacterial endotoxin in blood preservation liquid I is feasible.
