Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effect of non-operative approach for the termination of 7~12 weeks gestation. Methods: Pregnant women were divided into group A and group B according to the methods to terminate pregnancy.Women in group A took drugs mifepristone 150 mg and misoprostol 0.6~1.0 mg orally;Women in group B underwent intrauterine negative pressure suction. Results: The success rates of gestation termination with complete abortion were 91.3% and 100% in group A and group B respectively. Conclusion: Combining mifepristone and misoprostol taking orally may terminate pregnancy of 7~12 weeks with high success rate and safety and effect.
