The clinical observation of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for termination 10～16 weeks of gestation

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol of termination 10～16 weeks of gestation.Methods 102 Subjects took 50mg mifepristone twice a day for two days,0.6mg misoprostol adminiserted orally or vaginally in the third morning. Result The complete abortion rate was 98.03%,there was no obvious allergic reaction and side effect of combined drugs administration. Conclusions Mifepristone combined with misoprostol for termination 10～16 weeks of gestation is safe,effective and convenient.
