Abstract

The L9(34)orthogonal experiment was conducted to determine the optimal fermentation conditions to produce cellulase(xylanase and carboxymethyl cellulase) through rumen fungi of Laoshan dairy goat.In the experiment, corn straw was used as fermentation substrate and the controlled factors were nitrogen source, inoculum size, fermentation initial pH,and fermentation temperature. It was concluded from the results that the optimal fermentation conditions for xylanase activity were(NH4)2 SO4 as nitrogen source,5 mL inoculation volume, initial pH value of 5,and fermentation temperature of 35℃.The optimal fermentation conditions for carboxymethyl cellulase activity were(NH4)2 SO4 as nitrogen source,15 mL inoculation volume, initial pH value of 7,and fermentation temperature of 39℃,respectively.
