Abstract
Analyzed genetic diversity of maize populations by SSR marker and clustered. The results showed that the abundant variability were detected among the 6 maize populations.Average allele of per SSR loci is 7.79.Materials were divided into 4 groups according to genetic distance of SSR marker.Huangzongqun,Jinhuanghou are a group.Pob21 is another.Yuzong 5 hao,BSSS are the third group.Liaolvzong is the last.
