Abstract

The management of students is not only an important safeguard to improve the quality of personnel training,but also the developing trend of the management of China's higher vocational college students.There are four areas of student-management elements in the student management of U.S.State University,such as management philosophy,education and the overall framework of lifelong learning,educational institutions and so on.To analyze the U.S.colleges and universities student-management system is of a referential significance to build the higher vocational college student-management system with Chinese characteristics.
