Discussion about Student Community Management in Vocational Colleges

Implementation of community college students dormitory dormitory-style management has become the mainstream of management,but as an important part of university vocational colleges,students have a diverse,self-management capacity is weak,self-perception disorders,etc.,coupled with higher categories allocation of resources in education institutions,there are deficiencies,undergraduate college students in community self-management model does not apply to vocational schools.In this paper,how to combine vocational student characteristics and environmental factors to promote the vocational college students in community management were discussed.
