Abstract
The optimum technologies of deproteinization using Sevag method,Papain-Sevag method and TCA-Sevag method were studied. In addition, crude polysaccharides were isolated and purified by DEAE—52 cellulose column chromatography, and Sephadex G—200 column chromatography, and relative molecular mass of refined polysaccharides GPM—21 were measured by HPLC.The results indicated that papain-Sevag method was the best method for the deproteinization in among of methods. The removal rate of total protein could reach up to 63.08%,and the retention rate of polysaccharide was 77.34%.The relative molecular mass of GPM—21 was 200 576.
