Abstract
We studied the methods of the deproteinization of Camellia bee pollen crude polysaccharide. The effects of deproteinization on different volumes ethanol showed that, when the volume ratio of ethanol and polysaccharide liquid was 3.5:1,the maximum polysaccharide was obtained. The studies on effects of different volumes 10% trichloroacetic acid on deproteinization showed that,it had best deproteinization effect when the volume ratio of 10% trichloroacetic acid and polysaccharide liquid was 1:1. Two polysaccharide peaks were found though Sephadex G-75 elution.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
