Abstract

In this article,it has been studied that the chlorophyll was extracted by ultrasonic wave from green plant, comparing ultrasonic extracting method with simple-soaking method, meanwhile, analyzing the dependence of extracting rate of chlorophyll on the time. The experimental results showed that extracting chlorophyll by ultrasonic wave from green plant could increase extracting rate and shorten extracting time.
