Abstract

Ultrasonic wave extraction of chlorophyll from bamboo leaves was studied. The result of quantitative analysis of chlorophyll in the extract with spectrophometric method indicates that compared to the common method of extraction, the using organic solvent ultrasonic wave extraction not only provides higher production and faster extraction but also has the advantage of needless heating.
